Always looking too cute, Emma Roberts brightened up the streets of Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday afternoon (November 30).

The "Scream 4" darling donned an orange floral print dress with black flats as she popped into the popular Burberry shop to add to her wardrobe.

In related news, Miss Roberts was honored with being doted the second place ranking in Teen Vogue's recently released list of the best dressed young stars of 2010.

Falling behind only Alexa Chung, the 19-year-old beat out the likes of Carey Mulligan, Kate Bosworth and Lea Michele.

Rounding out the top ten in order from 6th through 10th were Camilla Belle, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Swift, Olivia Palermo and Rachel Bilson.
