- If you've been curious about Wesley Snipes tax evasion case, the actor has had the September 2nd start date of his three year sentence delayed indefinitely until the court can make a ruling on a few more pending motions in his case. I say he uses the time to hire a camera crew, make a break for it, film it, and release that as a movie. It'd do gangbusters, I tells ya'!
