Jessica Biel, Eva Mendes and Rachel Weisz to Become First-Time Directors

Every year, the magazine grabs famous Hollywood women, and gets them to direct short films based on stories submitted by Glamour's readers. They're small, simple affairs that not only outline real stories, but also send out a great message to women about jumping behind the camera. Jennifer Aniston once directed Robin Wright and Kris Kristofferson in a solid hospital drama called Room 10 (watch it after the jump). Demi Moore took the other side of the drama spectrum a year later and got silly with daughter Rumer for Streak.

This year, it's a new crop of new filmmakers -- Rachel Weisz, Eva Mendes, and Jessica Biel.
