Sean Kingston "Feels Good" After His Accident

After being critically injured in a Jet Ski accident, Sean Kingston made his first appearance back on the red carpet at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. "I feel good, I feel happy," he tells In Touch. "It?s a blessing!"

The singer made a full recovery from the near-fatal May 29 crash, defying the odds. "You basically have to count your blessings," Sean revealed about what he's learned from the accident. "Life is short."

Sean seemed happy to hand his best friend Justin Bieber a coveted surf board award at the show, especially after all that he did for Sean. "Justin has been there since the day I came out of the hospital," he shares. "He is definitely a great and loyal friend."
