Selena Gomez's Children's Hospital "Who Says" Duet

Her schedule is jam-packed as she makes her way through the North American leg of her "When The Sun Goes Down Tour," but that doesn't stop Selena Gomez from giving back to some of her most well-deserving young fans.

Taking some time out to give an impromptu performance to kids who otherwise might not be able to see her sing, the 19-year-old paid a visit to Ryan Seacrest's The Voice foundation, located at the Children?s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) last month.

After meeting some of her biggest fans and learning of their musical talents, Selena chose to return to the center to tape a surprise duet with guitar-wielding heart transplant patient Julia Parmisciano.

So touched by their prior encounter, Miss Gomez and the 13-year-old played a heartfelt rendition of "Who Says" - a moment caught on the teen superstar's latest installment of "We Own the Night" web series.
