Did Lindsay Lohan Crash Leonardo DiCaprio's Party?

It's been an interesting week for Lindsay Lohan. She had the briefest of stays -- four hours! -- in jail, and now the actress is being accused of breaking and entering into an A-list party for the new Leonardo DiCaprio film J. Edgar.

On Thursday night, Lohan reportedly left her Playboy shoot (still in her full hair and make-up) and headed straight to the J. Edgar premiere party at the Roosevelt Hotel. Just one problem: She wasn't on the guest list! A source tells the New York Post that the actress had to fight her way in, dropping "every celebrity's name" and telling security, "I have to go and see Leo."

Once she finagled her way in, says the eyewitness, Lohan "made everybody uncomfortable. She was aggressive and random, storming around."

And as for her claim that DiCaprio was waiting for her? According to the Post, Lohan sent her assistant to demand a photo op with the film's star and director Clint Eastwood, but they were having none of it. Another guest says that Lohan "kept asking" to meet hot shot producer Brian Grazer, who had already left by the time she showed up.

Naturally, Lohan's rep denies the story, saying that she was an invited guest who acted appropriately.

“She did not crash, she was invited by a guest who attended the event," her rep told the Post. "I am not aware of her asking for photos with Leo or Clint. She was never asked to leave."

From the reports, it sounds like Lohan knows she has to get back in the good graces of Hollywood directors and producers, but she doesn't know how to turn all this negative attention in her favor. Maybe crashing parties is the only way she can think of to get close to the inner circle? Unfortunately, the plan backfired, and like everything she's done lately (including the Playboy shoot), it reeks of desperation. Lohan needs to stop stalking her idols and start earning their respect on her own terms.
