Amanda Bynes Reportedly Can't Stand Lindsay Lohan

From the outside, Amanda Bynes and Lindsay Lohan seem to have a lot in common: They're both 26-year-old former child stars who have had their fair share of legal troubles. But instead of bonding over their similarities, Bynes is reportedly ready to start a feud.

"She obsessively hates Lindsay," a Bynes pal revealed to Us Weekly. "She rambles about 'that bitch Lindsay' all the time."

This week, Lohan gave Bynes more to gossip about. On Sunday morning, Lohan accused Christian LaBella, an aide to an Illinois congressman, of choking her when he tried to take his cell phone from Lohan. LaBella, who had been partying all night with Lohan, was arrested that morning, but charges were later dropped. However, Lohan warned the New York Post on Tuesday that LaBella "isn’t going to get away with this."

Lohan remains on probation until May 2014 for her 2011 theft of a $2,500 necklace. Here probation from a 2007 DUI in Beverly Hills ended in March.

Bynes appears to be headed down a similarly troubled path. The former child star of Nickelodeon's All That faces a DUI charge from an April arrest, two counts of hit-and-run and a charge for driving with a suspended license. Police impounded her BMW in mid-September.

An insider close to Bynes told Us Weekly that "Amanda is spiraling out of control. She won't accept help from anybody . . . She's completely lost."

Officially, Lohan has no quarrel with the actress who might usurp her place as Tinseltown’s most visible trainwreck. But on Twitter, Lohan seems to have taken notice of Bynes' antics.

"Why did I get put in jail and a Nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" Lohan tweeted on Sept. 16.

Even LiLo's mother Dina Lohan has commented on the Bynes situation, offering her parents advice on national television.

"Just be around. It's hard when your daughter's not, you know, over 18, and you want to let them go and they want to feel like they're in control of themselves," Dina told Entertainment Tonight. "It's a very strategic place for a parent to be, but she'll be okay."
