Amber Tamblyn and David Cross Tie the Knot

Sharing a sweet embrace, Amber Tamblyn and David Cross danced the night away as newlyweds following four years of togetherness.

Making the Saturday evening (October 6) occasion extra-special, the vows are the first go at first marriage for both the "Joan of Arcadia" star and "Arrested Development" actor, who got engaged back in August 2011.

Filmmaker Lance Bangs was on-hand for the celebration, reporting to Us magazine that alternative rock band Yo La Tengo performed during the reception.

Capturing the duo's shining moment, Bangs posted a caption on the photo, reading, "Yo La Tengo playing Superchunk, Mission of Burma, and Pixies covers at David and Amber's wedding."
