Chatting away on his cell phone, David Arquette was spotted leaving his therapist?s office in Los Angeles yesterday (January 31).
The ?Scream? star apparently forgot to buckle up as he wasn?t wearing his seatbelt as he drove past the paparazzi.
Mr. Arquette completed treatment at a rehab facility and was released to go home on Sunday. This is his first outing since being released.
David?s estranged wife Courteney Cox told press, "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him."
