Jenna Fischer Talks Steve Carrell?s ?Office? Replacement

?The Office? has been a much-loved show pretty much from the beginning, and with its central character Michael Scott, played by Steve Carrell, leaving, Jenna Fischer has offered some insight into how he?ll be replaced.

During her interview at last night?s Screen Actors Guild Awards, Jenna explained that it won?t be a simple switcheroo.

"I can tell you that it's not as simple as Steve leaving and a new person coming in. There's going to be a lot of restructuring. You're going to see people from the past and some new people."

John Krasinski added, "Losing Steve for the show is going to be massive, and I think no one will be able to do what he does truly. But really we're losing a good friend and a family member."
