Kelsey Grammer Files for Sole Custody of Kids

And we thought the drama between these two was over. It was revealed yesterday that actor Kelsey Grammer has filed for sole physical custody of the two children (9-year-old daughter Mason and 6-year-old son Jude) he has with his ex-wife, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer. The news reportedly shocked Camille, who told RadarOnline, "Kelsey is being insensitive to our children."

Kelsey, who married his third wife -- flight attendant Kayte Walsh -- in February, is requesting that Camille's visitation be limited to half of the children's summer break and half of their winter break. If the filing is granted, the new custody agreement -- which would have the kids relocating from L.A. to Chicago, where Kelsey currently lives -- will begin on July 2, one year since the couple began divorce proceedings after 13 years of marriage.

Camille's friends are rushing to the reality star's side and speaking out in her defense. A close friend told People, "(Camille) will fight like hell to keep her children with her, being raised by her, exactly where her children wish to be." Speaking out to RadarOnline, her psychic pal Allison DuBois (who caused a stir during an infamous dinner party from hell last season on RHOBH) says, "Camille is an excellent mother, and Kelsey truly doesn't have a leg to stand on. Good luck with that battle Kelsey, you're going to need it."

The actor is keeping quiet about his sudden move and has not released a comment. His rep said, "Any statement would be inappropriate. The filing speaks for itself."
