The Recording Academy Los Angeles Chapter hosted Up Close & Personal With Kelly Rowland at The Academy's headquarters in Santa Monica, Calif.
Kelly dished during the MC Lyte (who is the Chapter President) hosted event about the creative process behind her "Lay It On Me" feature with Big Sean and her "When Love takes Over" single.
