Michael Buble Christmas Duets on Saturday Night Live

Michael Buble Christmas Duets on Saturday Night Live

The cameo-filled Jimmy Fallon episode of Saturday Night Live on Dec. 17 boasted several memorably hilarious sketches -- most of them with SNL alums. But one of the funniest segments starred musical guest Michael Buble.

In the commercial-style sketch, Buble records a new Christmas album of duets, featuring a series of "legendary performers." First is Sting (Fallon), who turns his "fa la la la las" into "falafel," then Taylor Swift (Golden Globe nominee Kristen Wiig) is so overcome with surprise modesty she can't sing.

Next up Justin Bieber (Fallon) is supposed to duet on "Jingle Bells," but instead spends all of his time dancing and winking at the camera. "Chill out man," Buble tells the Biebster, but the young star continues to moonwalk and vamp for the audience.

After JB, controversial young singers M.I.A. and Ke$ha freak Buble out with gun shots and Hepatitis C jokes during their Christmas carols. Russell Brand (Fallon again) pops up for a rendition of "Angels We Have Heard on High," which he uses to launch into a riff about a guy named Angel who wanted to score some drugs.

Lastly Kanye West (Jay Pharoah) sweeps in to rap: "Hey little Jesus you rode in on a donkey, and I ride a Mercedes. Jesus I'm so much better than you!"
