Who Won 'The Amazing Race' season 20?

Was it the Engaged Couple? The Dating Divorcees? The Border Patrol Agents? No way! The Marrieds took the $1 million prize at the end of The Amazing Race, season 20! 

At the end of a trip spanning five continents and 22 cities, Dave and Rachel Brown were the first pair to cross the finish line in Honolulu. Twice, actually. Going into the finale, these frontrunners from Madison, Wisc., appeared to have their triumph tied up, winning seven challenges along the way. But when they arrived at their final destination, host Phil Keoghan informed them that they had missed one obstacle.

"We thought he was kidding," said Dave. But no, Rachel still had to go back and take part in a challenge that involved traditional Hawaiian games. She had to maneuver a tricky sled ride, and roll a painted lava rock into a makeshift goal. "Dave and I were actually in a bowling league…one year and we were terrible!" said Rachel. "We were one of the worst teams in the league." Still, it only took her a couple of tries to hit her target.

Not everyone has been enamored with the couple, who've bickered during challenges. One critic referred to Dave, a U.S. Army officer, as a "ragebot." But as it's done for couples in the past, The Amazing Race appears to have brought them closer together.

"I have a newfound appreciation for who my partner is -- who my life partner is," said Dave. "'Operation Amazing Race' was a complete success. The eighth victory and setting a new record is just the epitome of success."
