Getting in her daily workout, Jennifer Aniston was spotted leaving a medical building in Los Angeles, CA on Monday afternoon (June 4).

The “Bounty Hunter” beauty looked flawless in white sweatpants, a black tank top and pink sports bra while supporting her friend and photographer Terry Richardson as she sported a pair of his inspired sunglasses.

In career news, the flawless 43-year-old just recently picked up quite the coveted award at this year’s MTV Movie Awards.

Beating out fellow nominees Bryce Dallas Howard, Collin Farrell, Jon Hamm and Oliver Coope the former "Friends" star took home the honor for the Best On-Screen Dirtbag, which she earned thanks to her role as a man-eating dentist in the movie "Horrible Bosses".

In her humorous acceptance speech Jennifer said, "I would like to say thank you to the television show 'Friends' for letting me unleash my inner-sweetheart, and here's to ('Horrible Bosses' director) Seth Gordon for letting me be a dirtbag."
