Jennie Garth Just Wants 'Twilight' To Be Over Already

Being married to a vampire may look sexy in the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- but as Jennie Garth knows, it has its downsides.

Garth, 38, has been married to Twilight actor Peter Facinelli, 37, for 10 years, and she admits that his best-known role -- as Carlisle, the benevolent vampire patriarch of the Cullen clan -- has been a huge strain on the family. In fact, she can't wait for the Twilight films to wrap up!

"Oh, for sure," the actress tells PopEater. "I can't even remember what life is like with a husband. I will be very happy [when the series is over]."

Garth and Facinelli have three daughters, ages 13, 8 and 4, whom the actor tries to see every two weeks. The commitment of shooting five on-location movies over the course of three years -- with the two halves of Breaking Dawn currently filming back to back -- has made regular visits a challenge, however.

"It gets harder the more time he's gone," Garth admits. "It's more of a challenge to keep everybody connected, and for the girls, they miss him so much, so it's kind of heart-wrenching to see him come and go."

The actress says that she doesn't want the family to "become a traveling circus"; her husband's absence is the price that she pays to give her daughters "regular quiet lives." And yet Facinelli's role in the bloodsucker saga has put their lives in the spotlight -- a fact that is especially true for their oldest daughter, 13-year-old Luca Bella, who lives among Twilight-obsessed teens.

As Garth recalls: "I was with her at a soccer tournament over the weekend, and there was a gaggle of girls walking by, and one of them said, 'Have you guys seen the super hot Twilight guy?' -- having no idea that was her dad. She said, 'Mom, did you hear those girls?' They were looking for him, having no idea he's across the country right now.'"
