SPOTTED: Jay-Z, Beyonc�, & Baby Bump Make Their Way To Venice

Beyoncé's keeping it real chill and relaxed during this pregnancy.  The birthday girl and hubby Jay-Z popped up in Venice, Italy last night.  Beyonce looked cute in a yellow, gold and blue halter maxi dress while her baby bump made a protruding appearance of its own.

With bouncing curls and a bouncing bundle of joy on the way, Bey and Jay hopped overseas for a little birthday vacay in the romantic Venice, Italy:

Cute.  She's in her second trimester and looking great.  Now how many offices will be starting a sex-of-the-baby betting pool to guess if this hip-hop royalty heir will be a boy or a girl....
