Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are continuing their high-profile romance with a sugary sweet date in Connecticut last Friday night that featured lots of hand holding and sharing ice cream.
People reports that the Green Lantern duo spent the evening walking hand in hand at the annual Ridgefield Downtown Holiday Stroll, enjoying a night of holiday cheer in the picturesque Connecticut town.
After a cozy evening of strolling around the holiday festival, Reynolds, 35, and Lively, 24, tried the local food offerings. The Hollywood couple stopped in at Deborah Ann's Sweet Shoppe, where they "tried a few samples of ice cream off of those little spoons," an eyewitness at the ice cream parlor said.
"They picked their own flavors, English Toffee and Chocolate Fudge Brownie, but put them in the same cup and shared it."
"They left holding hands," continued the eyewitness, who also described Reynolds and Lovely as "very nice. They just blended in. They seemed very happy together. They were very excited about the ice cream."
Sounds like The Change-Up actor and the Gossip Girlstar are just as happy on smalltown romantic dates as they are living it up in the glamorous City.
