Jessica Simpson to Appear on 'The Biggest Loser'!

Jessica Simpson is joining The Biggest Loser -- but not in the way you might think.

According to NBC, the expectant mom will drop by the show's March 13 episode to reward one challenge-winning contestant who's been "working hard on weight loss" on the show with a shopping spree in her personal showroom. The lucky winner will also get to bring a fellow contestant to come pick out anything they want from Simpson's various clothing, handbag and skincare lines.

"I was so happy when I was asked to help style two contestants from The Biggest Loser," Simpson tells People. "I am truly inspired by how hard these contestants worked to accomplish their goals for a healthy lifestyle."

Simpson has always embraced her curves, so it's nice to see her reaching out to The Biggest Loser to help show its contestants and America that they don't need to be stick-thin to be stylish. According to Simpson, who has already filmed the appearance, the experience of letting the winners into her showroom was a great one.

"It was so much fun seeing the (contestants) try on clothes they would have never fit into before and feeling sexy," she says. "We had an amazing day together!"

Of course, this whole stunt was not just for the well-being of The Biggest Loser competitors. Simpson's new show Fashion Star -- in which she, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos judge aspiring new clothing designers -- just so happens to be premiering directly after the March 13 episode of The Biggest Loser. What a coincidence!
