All eyes were on new mom Beyoncé when she stepped out in NYC wearing a figure-fitting blue Victoria Beckham dress this week, but no one was quite as thrilled by the sighting as the designer herself.

"I was very excited when I saw it online -- I screamed and said, 'David, look!'” Victoria admits to Extra!. “Beyoncé is absolutely beautiful and has the most phenomenal body. I'm a huge Beyoncé fan, so it was big for me."
