Duets mentor Jennifer Nettles is a true country girl, but her style is pure rock ’n’ roll. “Jen loves to go glam with her makeup and add funky touches,” her makeup artist, Brett Freedman at vanitymark.com, tells In Touch. “She will bring inspirations and pull pictures from In Touch Weekly to show me.”

Since she is on a tight schedule, Brett reveals he only has 45 minutes to get her camera-ready. “She doesn’t like being in that chair long, so it’s zip-zap and we are done.”

Some of Brett’s quick tricks include giving Jen’s eyebrows a little extra definition using the Vanitymark brow pencil in Blondie and making her lips seem super-luscious with the Dr. Kiss lip balm.
