Kate Gosselin Shopping Around New Reality Show: Report

Kate Gosselin is ready to be Kate plus Mr. Right.

The divorced Kate Plus Eight star, who has made no secret of the fact that she and her eight children would like to be back on the air, is shopping around a new reality show chronicling her search for a new love and a possible stepfather to her multiples.

E! News is reporting that the Coupon Cabin blogger, 37, has signed on to star in a series called The One, but so far no network has picked up the show.

"She is ready to get back into the dating game," a source tells E! News. "She is ready to find love again and to move on from her past. She's excited, this is a chance to start something new."

Although there's no confirmation whether her clan of kids -- twins Cara and Mady, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel -- would be a pivotal part of the proposed series, Gosselin did tell the Today show in May that her kids are up for another go at reality TV.

"They really honestly miss filming," Gosselin, who split from husband Jon in 2009, told Ann Curry. "They've been saying, 'When are we going to go here or there? We miss the crew.'"

As for Gosselin, the source says she's in peak condition -- thanks to marathon training -- to start this new dating show.

"She looks fantastic," the source adds, "and she's in a really great space. She's in fantastic shape because of all her marathon training, this feels like the right time for her."
