La La Anthony returns to VH1 on Monday, August 22 with "LA LA'S FULL COURT LIFE" at 9:00PM ET/PT.

We've already seen La La preparing for her wedding to NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony, and this time around, we watch the couple adjust to living in the spotlight in New York City.

 

Shown above with Kelly Rowland, Dice And Po, we see La La juggle her busy acting and television hosting career and we meet her famous friends including 50 Cent, Trina , Serena Williams and Ciara.

Terrell Owens returns to VH1 with season 3 of "THE T.O. SHOW" on Monday August 22 at 9:30PM ET/PT.

This season, Terrell and his BFFs Monique and Kita are back and taking over Miami! We will see T.O. received his ACL diagnosis and surgery, and his painful post-op recovery. We also see Terrell searching for love and seeking to make a professional comeback.
