Bethenny Frankel is discovering it’s very lonely at the top.
The reality star, 41, was recently blindsided when her assistant Julie quit — just the latest in a string of assistants, nannies, interns and friends who no longer work for Bethenny.
“She makes lots of promises she doesn’t keep,” a former friend says. "People think she will give them a stake in the company."
