Custody Battle Takes Halle Berry to Court

The custody war between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry continues to heat up!

According to TMZ, the two were in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday where both lawyers spoke with the judge in chambers.

According to reports, Gabriel claims to be in possession of several voice recordings, e-mails and text messages in which Halle, 44, screams at Gabriel and calls him names. While he?s kept them out of the public eye, the 34-year old reportedly plans to use them in court ? which, if made public, could do serious harm to Halle?s reputation.

A recently leaked e-mail allegedly sent by Halle to Gabriel ? in which she cruelly says he?s ?only good for one thing,? and thanks him for the sperm ?donation? ? is only the tip of the iceberg, a friend of Gabriel?s tells In Touch, adding that Halle was given to ?mood swings? and jealous rages toward the man she publicly called her ?family.?
