Halle Berry Granted Temporary Restraining Order

Taking the necessary steps to protect herself and her loved ones, Halle Berry has been grated a restraining order against the alleged stalker who invaded her home three times in three days.

According to TMZ, an L.A. County Superior Court judge just issued the temporary restraining order (TRO) commanding Richard Franco to stay away from the actress, her family and her home.

It's been reported that Franco jumped the wall of Halle's Hollywood Hills home on Saturday, Sunday and Monday - scaring her to the point where she "feared for her life," says the official report.

Franco was arrested late on Monday night (July 11) after invading Halle's home, says the legal documents.
