After having been arrested for stalking Halle Berry earlier in the week, Richard Anthony Franco has been hit with a felony charge this morning (July 13).
Franco was arrested at the ?Catwoman? actress? home late Monday by off-duty police officers hired by Miss Berry.
The intruder, who was already on probation for misdemeanor battery, faces up to three years in prison if convicted on the stalking charge, the prosecutor said.
A resident of Commerce, CA, Richard is being held in a Los Angeles jail on $150,000 bond.
