John Travolta Accused of Sexual Battery By Second Masseur

John Travolta is now facing a second anonymous masseur who claims the actor sexually assaulted him during a hotel massage. The second masseur, who's represented by the same California attorney as the first claimant, also alleges that Travolta aggressively attempted to coerce him into sex during a massage. He too is seeking $2 million in damages.

Unlike the original masseur, who claims the incident took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel, the second masseur was based at a swanky hotel spa in Atlanta, Ga., and asked to perform an in-room massage for a guest under the alias "Mr. White."

According to the amended lawsuit, John Doe 2 asked a colleague to take the assignment, but the fellow masseur declined because he knew Travolta had been banned from a Los Angeles spa where the coworker had previously worked. Stuck with the in-room massage, the second plaintiff went up to Travolta's room, where the actor's assistant instructed him to set up the table in the bedroom.

In a scenario that eerily mirrors the first lawsuit, the second plaintiff says Travolta, 58, kept taking off the standard sheet draping because it was "sticky" and demanding that the masseur concentrate on "glutes" work around the buttocks.

The lawsuit states that "while he was massaging near Travolta's buttocks area, Travolta would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way to try to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2 to touch his anus and around his anus."

Travolta then turned onto his back and asked for abdominals work, but he was fully erect. The masseur says the actor attempted to grab and caress his upper thighs and buttocks and then began to masturbate until the plaintiff said he was done with the massage.

According to the new plaintiff, he "complained to all of his supervisors and many coworkers to no avail." Travolta then allegedly went down "to the spa that Plaintiff No. 2 worked at, which is part of the resort Travolta was staying at, as opposed to having Doe Plaintiff No. 2 go to his room. Travolta DEMANDED that Doe Plaintiff No. 2 come back and do it again, and he refused."

The original John Doe says the second masseur makes him feel vindicated about filing the lawsuit: "Having a second person come forward and say that he went through the same thing makes me feel vindicated," John Doe 1 told RadarOnline.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer, however, adds that the new charges are as ludicrous as the original ones.

"This second 'anonymous' claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one," Singer told People in a statement." The attorney who filed the lawsuit on behalf of his second anonymous client, who does not want to disclose his name although he is required to do so, was notified that his first client's claims were totally false and fabricated, since our client was not in L.A. when anonymous 'Doe #1' claims he interacted with John Travolta."
