Amar'e Stoudemire and Rachel Roy were spotted at the Harry Winston boutique yesterday in NYC.  No...the two weren't shopping for rings or other jewelry.  They are actually working on a clothing line together.

 

Perhaps the luxury of the HW boutique gave the duo some inspiration.

Amar'e took time to sign a few autographs.  Rachel's looking gorgeous by the way.  The women's line will be a part of Rachel's contemporary label for Macy's, RACHEL Rachel Roy, and will launch in fall of 2011.
