Looks like actor and former California governor won?t ?be back? in good graces with Maria Shriver any time soon. As details about his love child with a once household staff member continue to unravel, Maria hires top celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.
The staffer has been identified as Mildred Patricia Baena, a housekeeper and assistant to Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria for more than 20 years before reportedly resigning in January. A copy of Mildred?s son?s birth certificate concludes that Maria and her assistant were indeed baby bumpin? around the house at the same time. While the child?s identity continues to be withheld, the certificate reveals that the child was born on October 2, 1997, just five days after Maria gave birth to their fourth child. Mildred?s son, now 13, was born in Burbank, Calif. Mildred recorded her husband at the time, Rogelio de Jesus Baena, as the father, PopEater reports.
Arnold and Maria, his wife of 25 years, announced their separation a week ago. But a source told PopEater, "Maria hasn't decided yet if she wants to end her marriage." Maria has described this time as "painful and heartbreaking" and is asking for her privacy.
